I've requested new password but not recieved yet. What do I do?
The (OTP) One time password reset will be sent to your email that your account is registered to. If you have not recieved it in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder as sometimes the email can end up there.
Can I be hidden from Journey Share and NetFit?
Yes! To stay hidden:
Go to your profile in settings
Tap on the three blue dots at the top right of your profile page
Tap on Privacy Settings
Ammend your Privacy Settings
Can I insert a video on Journey Share?
Yes! Whilst Journey Share will only allow you to upload photos on your posts, you can still link the URL link to a video from another site like YouTube or Vimeo and it will play from within your post.
Why is sound not playing on the App?
If you own an Iphone or an Ipad then you have to make sure that the silence button on the side of the device is switched off so that the sound from the app can be heard. This is an Apple feature we are looking to bypass in the future.
Why can I not access some workouts?
Depending on the type of user you are registered as, you will have access to only certain areas of the site. If for example you are not a qualified PowerWave Instructor, the you won't be able to access L1 workout timers.
I use to have an account when it was on the website. Can I still access my account on the app?
Yes you can.
Can I access on my TV?
Yes there are various ways to watch the virtual workouts on your TV. Apple offers a device like Apple TV that allows you to mirror your phone onto the big screen. Google also offers a similar function on TV's that share android capabilities.
I forgot my login details. What should I do?
No problem go to forgot password and then enter the email that is connected to your account that you first registered under. You will then recieve a reset password. (Check your junk mail just incase.) Then put your email as your username along with the reset password and you will be able to access your account.
